Voucher for a stay and any services at Puchacz Spa

The scope of services, date, number of nights, type of food, any treatments, etc. depends on the amount of the voucher, and (after purchase) determined by the voucher holder individually with the Puchacz Spa reception

The Voucher holder has the option (within the purchased amount) to compose the stay according to his own preferences, e.g. stay with breakfast or with breakfast and dinner, stay with or without treatments, etc.

Services that (regardless of the type of stay BB or HB) are always included in the price:

Unlimited WiFi internet access throughout the property

Unlimited access to the indoor pool, jacuzzi, dry and steam sauna, tepidarium

Unlimited access to the fitness room

Unlimited access to the children's playroom

The possibility of using the grill in the garden

Parking

The Voucher holder is obliged to contact the facility to determine the possible date of its use.

Reservations can be made by phone +48 91 387 73 80 or by e-mail at puchacz@puchacz.com.pl, during the booking please indicate the willingness to pay for the services with a voucher and provide his number.

The validity period of the Voucher expires after 6 months from the date of its purchase.

The voucher must be used once.

The Voucher is carried out according to the rules and prices applicable to the sale of a given date and according to the prices and rules applicable at the time of booking.

If the value of the service is lower than the funds remaining to be used under the Voucher, the holder is not entitled to a refund of the unused amount.

The voucher holder is obliged to pay the price difference in cash or by card if the value of the service provided is higher than the value of the presented Voucher or the scope of the Voucher does not cover it.

The voucher cannot be exchanged in whole or in part for cash.

The Voucher may be used by the purchaser or the person for whom the Voucher was purchased.
